Very versatile plan introduced in 2020 that can work in any of our subdivisions.  Square footage starts at 2,663 and we have a variation taking it up to 3,092 with the house bumped out the back and garage widened.  Side or front entry garage available depending on your lot and changes can be made upon your request.
