Our team members and sub-contractors will always place their emphasis on the structural integrity and quality of the homes in highest regard. We are one of the few home builders in our area to be designated as a “Registered Builder” by The Middle Tennessee Home Builders Association. Since 1982, Robinson Properties has worked to establish itself in the home building industry as a premiere builder in Middle Tennessee.

Robinson Properties Team
Bill Robinson
Bill Robinson has been building and selling homes in the Wilson County and the Mt. Juliet area since 1982. His areas of expertise include land development, construction of both residential and commercial projects, and commercial investment property. Bill is a great team member to contact if you have land to sell, you would like assistance in putting together a real estate opportunity, you would like to consider a joint venture investment with Robinson Properties, or want to discuss a new home.
Bill’s qualifications include being a licensed general contractor, licensed real estate broker, and obtaining a degree in Business Administration from Union University. He has received the Decade Member, Awards of Excellence distinction for real estate, as well as being one of the few registered builders in Wilson County with the Middle Tennessee Home Builders Association. Being the founder of the Company, he has enjoyed watching the company become one of the most respected and referred in the area. Bill and his wife Phyllis call Mt. Juliet home and enjoy free time with their grandchildren.
Chris Robinson
Chris has been active in the Mt. Juliet and Wilson County building community since 1995. While being one of the most respected contractors in Wilson County by his peers, he is also a Decade Member of the Awards of Excellence with the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. Chris is the team member to contact if you would like to discuss building your new home, buying or selling an existing home, to or to discuss general options available before beginning your journey towards a new home for your family.
Chris’s qualifications include being a licensed general contractor, Certified Green Builder from the National Home Builder’s Association, licensed affiliate broker, and a degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Chris, his wife Alicia, and their three children currently call Mt. Juliet home while being active in their church and community.
Michael Robinson
Michael became a team member of the family business and started helping families achieve their goals in 1999. While striving to introduce new product lines for the benefit of the homebuyers at little or no additional cost, he is also responsible for the completion of the company’s projects within their designated time frame. One of the youngest to receive the Decade Member of the Awards of Excellence with the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, he strives to help families with all of their real estate needs.
Michael’s list of qualifications include being a licensed general contractor, licensed affiliate broker, a bachelors degree from Middle Tennessee State University, and a law degree from Nashville School of Law. He and his wife Melissa reside in Mt. Juliet with their daughter, and spend much of their free time being active within the community.
Melissa Robinson
Melissa joined the Robinson Properties team in 2016 after an 18-year tenure in public education. She grew up in the Mt Juliet area, and has always called Mt Juliet home. Melissa specializes in assisting with existing home sales for both buyers and sellers. Assisting buyers with their selections on new homes is also a passion that she enjoys. She has an affiliate broker’s license in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Austin Peay and a Master’s degree in Library Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Melissa brings her passion for helping and educating others to her career in real estate. She and her husband Michael and daughter Kendall reside in Mt Juliet. They spend their free time together as a family and enjoy traveling.
